Our commitment to communities
At truly Tours Namibia, we believe that tourism should uplift and empower local communities. Our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts focus on supporting marginalized communities, especially children and families living in informal settlements, by creating opportunities through donations and local engagement initiatives. We are committed to giving back to the very communities that make Namibia a vibrant destination.Â
In addition, we support rural communities in high-risk human-wildlife conflict areas, particularly small-scale farmers whose livestock are vulnerable to predators such as lions, cheetahs and hyenas. Our support includes awareness campaigns, promoting non-lethal mitigation methods, and assist farmers with the development of sustainable farming practices. By doing so, we aim to foster peaceful coexistence between people and wildlife, ensuring that conservation and community well-being go hand in hand.
